We all need someone in our corner now and then. That’s why I offer judgment-free therapy that welcomes people from every walk of life, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. Where individuals & couples come to feel seen
Individual counseling
I work with anyone looking for real, honest therapy – whether you’re in the LGBTQ+ community or not. We’ll talk through what’s going on and find practical ways to manage it.
Couples counseling
Relationships take work. I use Gottman-based strategies (along with other approaches) to help couples communicate better, argue in healthier ways, and reconnect.
Clinical supervision
I also provide clinical supervision for therapists in training, helping them build confidence and develop an authentic approach. Please get in touch below if you’d like to learn more, and see if I’m a good fit for you!
Hey, I'm Christina.
I’m a therapist, but more importantly, I’m a person – one who understands the stress, loss, and confusion that can arise in life. I’m particularly passionate about creating safe spaces for those in the LGBTQ+ community, and fiercely advocate for social justice and community health, both within and beyond my practice.
I take a strengths-based approach, which means we don’t just talk about what’s wrong – we pay attention to what’s possible. We’ll talk about anything that’s weighing on you, but we’ll also pinpoint what’s working and what can get better, giving you tools to walk through your life with more confidence.
Whether you’re questioning your identity, struggling in your relationships, processing grief, or just feeling like you’d like to explore something deeper, I’m here to help. And yes, my cats might make an appearance online or at my office here in Richmond, Virginia. They take their role as emotional support supervisors very seriously!
